This bumper took less than 30 minutes to install, though I might add that the instructions that were sent with it were not correct (or at least didn't work for me)  What we ended up doing was reversing the cross braces opposite of what the instruction said to do and everything lined up.  

I really like this bumper so far,  I came down pretty hard on a rock with it and all it did was knock a little paint off it, so I am pleased.  Also I used a shackle in the receiver hitch to pull another jeep (YJ) back to our camp.  It was up the side of the mountain and back down the other side, had no problems at all.    If you scroll down further there are some specs on the bumper from Olympic, as well as a picture from Olympics website.
